Welcome to Zuflah. By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Zuflah manufactures and sells tents, glamping domes, sleeping bags, camping furniture, and related outdoor and military-grade equipment for both domestic (Pakistan) and international B2B and retail customers. By using this site you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated for international orders. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment or advance deposit (for bulk/B2B orders) is received and verified. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to phone/WhatsApp verification before dispatch to prevent fraudulent orders.

4. Custom and Bulk (B2B) Orders

Custom-sized tents, military contracts, and bulk export orders are governed by a separate written agreement or invoice specifying lead time, specifications, and payment terms, which takes precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds
