Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Zuflah ships across Pakistan via trusted courier and logistics partners, including Pakistan Post for select orders. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your city, and 7-14 days for custom-made or large tent orders.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Orders may be subject to phone/WhatsApp verification before dispatch to reduce fraudulent or fake orders.

3. International / Export Orders

Zuflah exports tents, glamping domes, and military/relief equipment to international B2B customers, including buyers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other regions. International shipping timelines, freight method (air/sea), and costs are quoted individually based on order size and destination, and confirmed in writing before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email where available.

5. Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier issues, or high-demand seasons (e.g. Eid). We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
